• Bookings cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the booking.
• Bookings cancelled 30 to 60 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the booking.
• Bookings cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the booking – therefore no refund will be made.
• Guests who do not arrive (no-shows) shall not be entitled to a refund
• Guests who arrive late or depart early shall not be entitled to a refund

We strongly recommend travel insurance.  Caution and consideration need to be given to our standard cancellation policy, injury, delayed flights, illness, global pandemics, and any political uncertainty. The Snowy Monaro region is in a dynamic environment which can experience extreme weather events in all seasons. National Park closures and road closures can happen. We do not refund for such occurrences, therefore travel insurance can be another option to safeguard yourself.
